Blessed. I can Achieve Nirvana.
Be spiritual, not lifeless.
Have meaning in your life.
If it’s not meaningful, make it meaningful. You are lost, because you are lifeless. Go out, do something and make use and purpose of your life. Those who feel they have a purposeless life are stagnant in spirituality. Be who you want to be. We are young ones, and we don’t want to become ‘young once,’ even though eventually we will. So take advantage of your youth. Don’t realize how precious your life is when you have a midlife crisis, have an early life enlightenment! Life is a fleeting gift, so be who you want to be and find yourself, because once you get in touch with who you are, life starts to have meaning, and you live with purpose.
Purposeful people are good people. Sure, you can argue there are people who are purposeful crooks or purposeful terrorists with only thoughts of greed and evil brewing in themselves, but you are plain wrong. Those people are not in touch with themselves whatsoever. They are completely influenced by what other people want them to be, and that is where the world experiences turmoil. Evil breeds from people who are not in touch with themselves. So do something with your life people!
Become artists and continue to follow what you are interested and have a love for the arts. Try not to paper chase to fund a superfluous life, paper chase to follow what you live for and who you truly are. If who you truly are is someone who needs 75 pairs of Christian Loubitin’s, I hope your love for fine shoe craft is something you have a true affinity in, or feel that it is an expression of yourself to the world and it makes you feel good and esteemed. If that is you, then do you. But don’t be afraid to do things like wearing something that someone dogged on before. If you like what you like, be yourself. Who cares what people say? Have you ever had an interest in something but you thought that people might think you’re a ‘wanna-be’ or a hipster? I hope you still fulfilled your interests by immersing yourself in whatever it is that you wanted to experience and figuring out if it was really you who you were doing it for. If you aren’t that interested in something, do not force yourself to do things because your crew is interested in it. It’s OKAY.
Go out and do things that will boggle your mind, challenge your decision making, and make you feel like you can change your own life any second. Have a grip on your life and can control how you react and feel about the trials you go through. That is real virtue, control.
Today, I can be interested in the lunar calendar and how the moon goes through its different phases, and tomorrow I can consider going to the shooting range on the weekend. Who cares what people will say? I want to do things that enrich my life, whether it is in style or not.
Being who you are is much cooler than being a trend.
And if being who you are is trendy, then it is what it is.
BE YOU.
